Upon placing your order, the plushtoysstuffed team will be on its way to deliver your parcel at the soonest time possible. We are just as excited for you to receive your plushies!

Pickup

For our customers’ convenience, PlushToysStuffed allows to pickup the items at any of our offices or warehouses around America.  

Processing an order

Upon receiving your order, kindly allow our team to process it within 1 to 2 days prior to dispatching. PlushToysStuffed processes orders Mondays to Fridays within working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Orders placed on weekends and beyond office hours will be processed within the next working days.

Shipping cost

The standard delivery cost for orders within USA is $7.95 for single-item purchases. Meanwhile, PlushToysStuffed offers FREE shipping for complete set orders and purchase orders of $150 or more.

Express delivery

PlushToysStuffed also provides an Express Shipment option for $12 per order.

Transit times

Upon dispatch, parcels will be delivered by our courier within 5 to 12 business days throughout most parts of the country. However, deliveries to areas in Canada, South Africa, Australia, Europe and Asia may take much longer.

For express deliveries, parcels may be expected within 3days from dispatch in most parts of North America and much longer in other countries.
